Cooking class are held in the Wet Pack Training room of the Mesa Cannery. Classes are held on Monday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 AM. Everyone is welcome. No sign up or registration is necessary. There is no charge for the classes.
The classes are based on the church pamphlet of building a three month supply of food.
